Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using ShubhPilot.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ShubhPilot (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use ShubhPilot, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent.
  • Users in India must comply with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules.
  • These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shoppers Smart LLC (DBA Bellarivia Labs).

2. Service Description

ShubhPilot is an AI-powered mobile application that provides Vedic astrology and Vastu consulting services.

  • The service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on Vedic astrology principles.
  • Users enter their birth details to generate a Vedic birth chart (Kundli).
  • Users can consult with specialized AI advisor personas for business, Vastu, and life guidance.
  • Responses are generated by AI models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) interpreting Vedic astrological frameworks.

3. Important Disclaimer

AI-generated astrological interpretations are NOT predictions of future events. The service provides guidance based on traditional Vedic astrology frameworks processed by AI. Users should NOT make major life decisions solely based on app guidance.

  • For financial decisions: Consult a qualified financial advisor.
  • For health concerns: Consult a medical professional.
  • For legal matters: Consult a qualified attorney.
  • For psychological concerns: Consult a licensed mental health professional.

Bellarivia Labs makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of astrological interpretations generated by the AI. ShubhPilot is NOT a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.

4. User Accounts

  • One account is permitted per phone number.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and phone number.
  • You agree not to share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
  • Fraudulent use of the referral system will result in forfeiture of referral credits and may lead to account suspension.

5. Credits and Billing

ShubhPilot uses a credit-based system for consultations:

  • All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
  • Credit packs: Starter (10 credits), Popular (25 credits), Power (75 credits).
  • Subscription plans: Monthly and annual plans are available for frequent users.
  • Credit usage: 1 credit per new question, 0.5 credits per follow-up in the same consultation.
  • Free credit: 1 free question is provided upon signup.
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Unused credits do not expire.

6. Refunds

All purchases are processed through Google Play and are governed by Google Play's refund policies. Bellarivia Labs does not process direct refunds for purchases made through Google Play. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The ShubhPilot application, its content, design, AI prompts, and underlying technology are the property of Bellarivia Labs.
  • User-generated content (your questions and input) remains your property.
  • AI-generated responses are provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated responses without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the app or its API.
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data in bulk from the service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated consultations.
  • Use the service in connection with gambling, betting, or games of chance.
  • Impersonate real astrologers or present AI output as human-generated advice.
  • Use the service to harass, defame, or harm others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • ShubhPilot and Bellarivia Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  • We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the service at all times. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Miami, Florida, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules.

11. Modifications to Terms

Bellarivia Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via app notification or email (if provided). Your continued use of ShubhPilot after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
